My design career began with ready-to-hang locker art and ballpoint pen illustrations at the age of 14. Things have not changed much‑‑instead of locker art, I now create ad art, design art, or art-art. My work is inspired by doodly illustrations, old dirty junk, small type, the entire color wheel (but mostly PMS 476, 583, and 698) and whatever might be lying around at the time--vintage ice cream boxes make me cry. I'm still not sure where I want to live or what haircut really works for me, but I am certain that I Iove being a designer.

Over the past 12 years I have had the honor of working with a crew of very talented people. Without their mentoring, copywriting, art-directing, crafting, and overall jack-assing around my portfolio would not exist. So I thanked them on almost every page. You can thank them too by clicking on their links and giving them a project.
